Position OverviewAs a Digital Product Owner, you will drive end-to-end delivery of key initiatives, helping the team meet 2026 roadmap commitments while building a scalable framework that supports future subscription models, assets, and customer segments. This is a full-time, onsite position based at your choice of our Peoria, IL or Chicago, IL facilities, working five days a week in office alongside a close-knit team of three product owners and one lead product owner.
Key Responsibilities- Support the lead product owner with customer journey mapping and requirements design across subscription purchase, upgrade, billing, and cancellation workflows.
- Support prioritization of the product backlog and collaborate with engineering, UX, billing, DSP integrations, and regional business teams to deliver high-quality releases.
- Create scalable models to support direct bill customers and multiple payment options.
- Use analytics and Voice of Customer insights to optimize user flows and drive subscription growth.
- Support pilot deployments and phased expansion to additional customer groups and asset types.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features, enhancements, and integrations based on customer feedback, market research, and industry trends.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and business development teams to translate product requirements into detailed user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Write detailed product requirements for data structures that support new application or analytic features and functionality.
Team & Work EnvironmentThis role reports to and works closely with the lead product owner as part of a four-person team (three product owners and one lead product owner). This is an onsite position, five days a week in office at your choice of our Peoria, IL or Chicago, IL facilities.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience OR
- 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Deep user focus, with the ability to define user problems and design approaches to visualize the information needed to make key decisions.
- Understanding of equipment management and related functions.
- Ability to thrive in an agile working environment with quick turns and frequent iteration.
- Ability to accurately analyze situations, propose alternatives, and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment and input from various stakeholders.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, requirements, and processes for the intended audience.
- A learning mindset and demonstrated stability of tenure in previous roles.
