Your Team, Your Impact

As a Digital IC Design Senior Staff Engineer with Marvell, you will be in a group of about seven people making IPs for customer computing, signal processing and control for data storage.

What You Can Expect

Responsible for design, development, modification, evaluation, optimization, verification and debugging of high-speed digital IPs for customer computing, signal processing, and NAND flash controller. Principal job responsibilities include RTL design, verification, synthesis, timing optimization, static timing verification, power analysis, design review, working with testing engineer to validate and debug silicon device, working with technique writer on user specification.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you must:
- Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar fields.

- Experience in high-speed digital IC design for 10+ years, including RTL design with System Verilog, timing optimization, verification, debugging, CDC check and fix, and power analysis.

- Excellent team player.

- Strong sense of ownership for assigned modules and tasks.

- Architecture level thinking.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
134,390 - 201,300, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
