The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst (BA) / Business Systems Analyst (BSA) who understands client requirements deeply and has hands-on knowledge of AI technologies.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating business needs into clear and actionable user stories for development teams.
  • The candidate should possess strong analytical and innovative thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and be proficient in status reporting and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience in the financial services domain is essential to understand the industry-specific requirements and challenges.


Must Have:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst (BA) or Business Systems Analyst (BSA).
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business solutions.
  • Ability to gather and analyze client requirements and convert them into detailed user stories.
  • Excellent analytical and innovative thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in status reporting and progress tracking.
  • Good understanding of the financial services domain.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.


Good to Have:
  • Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile-related certifications.

Ideally, you'll also have

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.
  • Seniors for Vancouver and Toronto: $88000 to $132000
  • Seniors for Victoria: $79,000 to $119,000
