What you'll accomplish with usAs a Digital Enablement Advisor, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day Salesforce support, troubleshooting, user questions, issue triage, and practical resolution.
- Front-load training and change support for new processes, enhancements, and releases to reduce recurring day-to-day support demand over time.
- Act as a key partner to the Associate Director, supporting execution, prioritization, and delivery across the BI&E mandate.
- Guide and oversee onboarding and offboarding for team members supporting Salesforce, AI, automation, and data-related work.
- Build and support practical automation and low code/no code solutions across Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Copilot Studio where they improve business processes.

For positions posted in Ontario and British Columbia:The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
