Insight Global is seeking a skilled Digital Developer with strong experience in Angular and a good understanding of back-end technologies to join a leading insurance organization. The ideal candidate will contribute to both minor and major enhancements of web applications, working closely with leads. while the role is primarily front-end focused (70%), there is a portion of back-end development (30%) required. Responsibilities include: Develop and enhance web application features using Angular
Collaborate with leads to implement both minor and major enhancements
Perform unit testing and ensure code quality
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables
Work with back-end services and APIs, primarily built in Ruby on Rails (experience in Java or similar back-end technologies is acceptable)

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in front-end or full stack development
Strong proficiency in Angular (flexible on version)
Experience with Node.js
Solid understanding of Java or other back-end technologies
Familiarity with unit testing and Agile development practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Ruby on Rails
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with cloud environments or containerization tools
