Description RiVidium is seeking a
DevSecOps Lead to help drive secure, modern, and automated technology delivery for MODES III. This role will lead secure CI/CD strategy, infrastructure automation, release management, and the integration of cybersecurity into engineering workflows. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who can bridge cloud engineering, cybersecurity, and software delivery in support of resilient, evidence-ready, mission-focused operations.
Key Responsibilities - Lead DevSecOps strategy and execution across cloud engineering and application delivery workflows.
- Oversee secure CI/CD pipelines, automation, release management, and infrastructure-as-code implementation.
- Integrate cybersecurity practices, scanning, remediation, and compliance checks into delivery processes.
- Partner with architecture, cybersecurity, and program leadership to support secure modernization and continuous improvement.
- Help build repeatable engineering processes that support speed, quality, audit readiness, and operational stability.
- Contribute to technical planning for future-state engineering, modernization, and delivery optimization.
Required Qualifications - Eight or more years leading DevSecOps, cloud engineering, platform engineering, or secure software delivery in Federal or DoD environments.
- Five or more years implementing CI/CD and infrastructure automation in cloud environments.
- Demonstrated experience integrating security scanning, remediation, and compliance practices into engineering workflows.
- Strong understanding of modern cloud delivery, release governance, and secure software lifecycle practices.
Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field.
- AWS, Kubernetes, Security+, CISSP, CASP+, or other cloud/DevSecOps-relevant certifications.
- Experience supporting DoD cloud modernization, authorization sustainment, and Agile product delivery.
- Tier 5 investigation.
