Location: Virginia Beach, VA (on-site)

Department: Information Systems

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:15 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (ET), on call as needed

Clinical Status: Non- clinical

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
The DevOps Engineer is a key member of the Enterprise Solutions team responsible for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring solutions while collaborating closely with engineering, security, and product teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Automated Software Delivery: Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable deployments and collaborate with development teams to improve build, release, and deployment processes.
  • Infrastructure Configuration and Provisioning: Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
  • Infrastructure Monitoring and Logging: Manage and optimize cloud environments and monitor system performance, availability, and security; respond to incidents and outages.
  • Containerization: Support containerization and orchestration platforms.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Five (5) years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and automating scalable cloud infrastructure


Preferred Experience/ Skills/ Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate and build relationships with all professionals at different levels within the organization.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize multiple, competing priorities and manage time/workload. Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple time sensitive projects, multi-task, identify project interdependencies and potential risks/pitfalls.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to perform tasks thoroughly and with care; checks work to ensure high degree of accuracy/ completeness and early/on-time delivery.
  • Business Acumen: Thorough knowledge and understanding of the application development and object-oriented design patterns.

COMPENSATION

Salary Range: $100,306 - $133,741 annually

Final compensation will be based on factors such as geographic location, qualifications, and prior relevant experience. The pay range for this position is $100,306 annually (entry level qualifications) to $133,741 annually (experienced in this role). Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidate's knowledge and relevant experience.
