  • Quality & Standards Guardianship: Enforce accountability for software quality, ensuring solutions meet security, performance, and scalability standards through CI/CD and code reviews.
  • Technical Innovation: Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, such as Generative AI or Machine Learning, to enhance product capabilities and user experiences.

Who You Are:
  • Proven Leader: An experienced engineering manager with a track record of hiring and developing talent in fast-paced, Agile environments.
  • Pragmatic Problem Solver: A "crafty" solver who can balance technical excellence with delivery pressure and find win-win solutions.
  • Technical Expert: Proficient in modern engineering stacks, often requiring expertise in Java, Node.js, React, or Python, alongside distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (e.g., GCP).Oracle PL/SQL and E-Business Suite (EBS) R12/R12.2 expertise.
  • Collaborative Communicator: Skilled at building alignment across cross-functional stakeholders and translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Values-Driven: An individual with an illustrated history of living core organizational values: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability, and Trust.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience: Significant experience leading software development teams and driving the development of high-scale systems.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of API design, microservices architecture, and modern frontend/backend frameworks.
