Description & Requirements

We are looking for a Development Director to partner with researchers and engineers shaping the future of AI and interactive entertainment. You will turn technical goals into clear plans and use automation and agentic AI tools to improve how teams plan, coordinate, and deliver work.

You will guide work from research and experimentation through prototypes, integration, and delivery. You will also create systems that give teams clear visibility into priorities, progress, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.

The Development Director will report to the Head of Development Production.

This is a hybrid role, working three days per week in our Stockholm studio.

Responsibilities

  • Experience synthesizing technical information for teams and leadership.

  • Track record coordinating work across Research, Engineering, Product, and partner teams.
