Full Job Description
We're looking for a Design Researcher to help us deeply understand our users and bring their needs, behaviors, and motivations into every stage of the design process. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to uncover insights that drive intuitive, impactful experiences for an AI-first product. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, methodical, and passionate about translating human behavior into actionable product decisions. **What You'll Do** - Conduct mixed-methods research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) to deeply understand user needs. - Synthesize complex findings into compelling narratives, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations for product and design teams. - Champion customer empathy across the organization through compelling storytelling and shared insight repositories. - Leverage AI tools to accelerate research workflows, from data tagging to pattern synthesis. - Evolve research operations, including recruiting pipelines and best practice documentation. - Independently scope, prioritize, and manage the execution of research projects aligned with team goals. **About You** - 3+ years of experience in UX research. - Strong foundation in research methodologies across both qualitative and quantitative methods. You know when to run interviews vs. surveys vs. usability tests and why. - Proven ability to translate complex research findings into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations that drive product decisions. - Comfortable working in cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. - Strong storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills - Familiarity with tools like UserTesting, Dovetail, Lookback, or similar.
