What You'll Do Day-To-DayIn Stearns Roger Engineering:
- Mechanical Design CAD and Solid Modeling for design of commercial nuclear fuel handling equipment, for projects ranging from small to large.
- Perform mechanical design work and other preparations which will be required to implement the contract within budget/schedule for assigned projects.
- Mechanical Design Project Experience.
- SolidWorks & SmarTeam experience or other solid modeling tools and drawing creation.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of design for fabrication, maintenance, installation, etc.
What You'll Bring- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a technical field.
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
- Advanced knowledge of related engineering standards, techniques and criteria.
- Excellent communication skills to comprehend and convey detailed technical data.
- Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills.
Total Rewards PackageTotal Rewards Package - Salary: $85,000 - $116.000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
