Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Preferred experience with electrical and/or I&C systems design at a nuclear facility.
• Prior professional and plant design engineering experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in leadership roles with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for technical presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of solutions to system issues for plant operations and maintenance.
• Maintain plant configuration control by advocating for design bases.
• Prepare design modifications, reports, and presentations for plant improvements.
• Act as primary technical contact for vendor engineering work.
• Coordinate acceptance reviews of consultant products for capital projects.
• Perform investigations and corrective actions per the Corrective Action Program.
• Review operating characteristics and correspondence to aid in plant issue resolution.
