Responsibilities- Coordinates product sustainment activities with external customers and internal functional areas including engineering, production control and manufacturing.
- Coordinates with stakeholders in the products under development (product management, engineering, manufacturing, customer support) as product moves through all phases from concept to production
- Monitors project schedule and cost by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements
- Identifies and recommends solutions to problems that may impact project cost, schedule or product specific objectives
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems
- Assists Sr Program Manager in reviewing project costs
- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Assists in creating PMR slides for upcoming PMRs & tracks Cost Status Reports
- Ability to input invoices and deliverables to the Wide Area Workflow
- Tracks and maintains contracts and their period of performance
- Alerts Senior Program Manager or deputy when contracts are in need of attention (i.e. updated, increase cost or period of performance.)
- Backup liaison to the DCMA for getting deliverables to the customer

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent in work experience
- 5+ years of Project and Team Management; Process Improvement; Strong personal project management skills
- PMP certification preferred
- Selected candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance issued by the U.S. Government throughout the course of their employment

The pay range above represents annual base salary only. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as your job level, geographic location, date of hire, experience, job-related knowledge and skills, and education in conjunction with market and business considerations.
