Full Job Description
Tools for Humanity (TFH) is seeking a Deputy General Counsel, Regulatory & Litigation, to lead global regulatory strategy and litigation for the company's pioneering identity and technology platforms. Reporting to the General Counsel, this senior legal leader will drive regulatory engagement, oversee complex litigation, and advise executive leadership on high-stakes legal, regulatory, and reputational matters across multiple jurisdictions.

The Deputy General Counsel will shape and execute TFH's regulatory strategy across financial services, crypto-assets, blockchain, digital identity, and emerging technologies. This role leads significant regulatory inquiries, investigations, and enforcement actions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to support product launches and business initiatives. The position also manages global litigation strategy, directs outside counsel, and develops scalable legal operations and crisis-response frameworks.

Ideal candidates bring 10-15+ years of experience in regulatory, litigation, investigations, or enforcement roles within leading law firms, government agencies, or senior in-house positions at technology or highly regulated companies. Demonstrated expertise managing complex, multi-jurisdictional matters, advising executive leadership, and building high-performing legal teams is essential. A Juris Doctor from a top-tier law school and U.S. bar membership are required.
