Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HRE member to set and execute strategic agenda

  • Coordinate materials for leadership meetings and provide in-person support
  • Conduct ad hoc data analyses as necessary
  • Identify and address change management gaps to ensure successful implementation

Full Job Description
Specifically, this role will:
  • Work closely with their HRE member to set and drive their strategic agenda each year
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR governance frameworks within their HRE member's remit
  • Set agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute and track action items for HRE member team meetings
  • Help identify, monitor, and track key HRE member priorities
  • Coordinate leadership meeting materials and support in-person meetings
  • Prepare ad hoc data analyses, as needed
  • Proactively identify important connection points, change management gaps, and other critical considerations to ensure initiatives are successfully implemented
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the HRE team member
  • Liaise with other HRE member Deputy Chiefs of Staff to ensure continuity of messaging and shared alignment on objectives
  • Support HRE team communications, as needed
  • Provide project management support for critical HR initiatives including scoping, maintaining comprehensive project plans, monitoring project progress, risk mitigation, and establishing/maintaining project governance
  • Keep apprised of all project progress within HRE member's remit and understand strategic implications

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant human resources, project management, and/or consulting experience
  • Highly proficient using Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, to develop compelling executive-level materials
  • Proven success in a project management related activities/role
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, trends, and technologies
  • PMO Certification is a plus

Estimated compensation for this position:

110,000.00 - 125,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
