The position ensures project systems remain aligned with enterprise processes, governance standards, financial reporting requirements, and evolving operational needs. This individual also supports enhancements, integrations, documentation, and user enablement across multiple systems to ensure consistent, scalable, and compliant use of project operations tools.

Workfront Platform Administration (Primary Responsibility)
  • Administers and maintains Workfront configuration, including layouts, groups, teams, access levels, workflows, portfolios, templates, and custom forms.

  • Ensures Workfront data integrity, process alignment, and compliance with PMO and operational frameworks.
  • Designs and maintains Workfront reports and dashboards to support operational and executive visibility.
  • Ensures alignment with their manager and the Enterprise Workfront Product Owner prior to initiating any largescale enhancements or system implementations.
  • Ensures consistency and accuracy in project, task, and timetracking data.
  • Supports audit and quality management reporting requirements.

MultiPlatform Support & Enterprise Tool Administration
  • Represents Workfront across the organization while collaborating with peer system owners to maintain and support a connected, interoperable enterprise tool landscape.
  • Provides configuration support across other enterprise project systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Project Operations, PowerBI, and/or related platforms.
  • Supports setup, configuration, testing, documentation, and user enablement for new systems or modules as they are introduced.

  • Participates in audits of system configuration, templates, custom fields, permissions, and licenses across platforms.
  • Supports roadmap execution for Workfront cleanup, rationalization, and cross system consistency.
  • Ensures documentation is current and standardized for Workfront and/or other project related systems.
  • Promotes platform best practices and encourages consistent usage across teams.

Issue Resolution, Change Management & Support

  • Acts as a connector between PMO, Operations, Finance, Data & Analytics, and IT.
  • Provides visibility into risks, dependencies, and upcoming system changes.
  • Supports crossfunctional alignment for ongoing process improvements and system needs.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors of Sciences or Arts is required; equivalent experience considered.
  • Experience and/or Training
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Workfront administration, project management operations, or enterprise system configuration.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, PowerBI, or similar platforms.
