As a Business Architect manager, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with an exceptional team of Business Analysts, Business Architects, Software Developers, and Software Architects within the DMV account portfolio as a part of a SLDC application design process. Together, you will co-create, design, deploy, and maintain reliable, available, and future-proof systems and services. Your innovative ideas and leadership skills will play a vital role in shaping the technological landscape of our organization and the industry as a whole.

Who You Are
Required Skills and Experience
• 5+ years of experience in direct customer facing roles (e.g. customer partner, delivery partner, project manager, etc)
• 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams
• 5+ years of management experience, specifically managing 20+ employees
• Sound knowledge of Kyndryl competencies, managed platforms, IT services, technology vendors
• Experience in leading/doer role, with specific knowledge or experience similar to the employees being lead and managed
• Ability to partner with Delivery Partner(s) to generate positive customer outcomes
• Well versed for direct and constant interaction with the customer
• Sympathetic and empowering delivery resource manager, fostering growth
• Must be US based to support US Government Market
• Role is located in Frisco, TX site with onsite management required 5 days per week
Preferred Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Software Development Lifecycle process experience
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is - $156,360 to $296,880 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California (San Francisco Bay Area): $187,560 to $356,280
California (All Other): $171,960 to $326,520
Colorado: $156,360 to $296,880
Massachusetts/ Virginia: $156,360 to $326,520
New York City: $187,560 to $356,280
Washington: $171,960 to $326,520
Washington DC: $171,960 to $326,520
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
