Full Job Description
Role Mission

Halborn is progressively transforming its cybersecurity services into scalable, technology-enabled solutions delivered through the Halborn ONE platform. This includes Smart Contract Auditing, broader Web3/Web2 code review capabilities, and an expanding portfolio of advisory modules such as custody risk, stablecoin risk, compliance and other digital-asset security solutions. The Director, Field Product Management owns the market-facing definition, positioning, packaging and continuous evolution of this portfolio. Acting as the bridge between customers, GTM, Advisory and Halborn Lab, the role brings an outside-in perspective: translating customer needs, market developments and competitive dynamics into product priorities, solution design and roadmap input.

The Director also owns continuous solution education and certification across the GTM organization, ensuring that AEs, SDRs, CSMs and Advisory consultants understand what Halborn sells, why it matters and how to position it effectively.

1.Portfolio & Solution Management

Own the market-facing management of Halborn's solution portfolio across Halborn ONE, cybersecurity services and technology-enabled advisory offerings.

Maintain a coherent portfolio architecture across products, managed solutions and advisory services.

Define target customers, use cases, value propositions and business outcomes; ensure consistency across naming, positioning, packaging and messaging.

Identify opportunities to transform traditional services into repeatable, scalable, technology-enabled solutions.

Structure advisory offerings around a hybrid human + technology model, leveraging Halborn ONE wherever appropriate.

Recommend where offerings should be created, expanded, consolidated or retired.

The Director owns the commercial and customer-facing definition of the portfolio; Halborn Lab retains technology and engineering ownership.

2. Voice of the Customer & Outside-In Product Management

Build the evidence base for product and portfolio decisions through structured customer and market insight.

Conduct structured discovery with strategic customers, prospects and partners through executive briefings and solution-design workshops.

Capture customer requirements, unmet needs, objections and buying criteria, and translate recurring patterns into product and solution requirements.

Establish structured feedback loops with Sales, Customer Success and Advisory.

Track adoption, customer value and emerging demand.

Portfolio evolution should be driven by customer outcomes and market demand, not primarily by technology availability.

3. Product & Solution Roadmap

Partner closely with Halborn Lab to shape the roadmap for Halborn ONE and related modules.

Translate recurring customer and field requirements into prioritized roadmap inputs.

Assess new modules based on market relevance, differentiation and revenue potential.

Challenge assumptions and recommend priority changes when evidence shifts.

Share upcoming releases and roadmap timing with GTM to support launch planning.

The Director provides the market and commercial counterpart to technical product ownership within the Lab.

4. Product Marketing & Customer-Facing Content

Own the development and continuous improvement of customer-facing solution material.

Solution briefs, product presentations, executive positioning and use-case narratives.

Customer case studies, sales plays and discovery guides.

Proposal content, FAQs, objection handling, product and demo narratives.

Translate technical capabilities into clear customer value, particularly for financial institutions, FMIs, custodians, asset managers and digital-asset companies.

Partner with Marketing to align solution messaging across campaigns and thought leadership.

5. Go-to-Market Strategy & Launches

Own GTM readiness for new products, modules and solutions.

Apply target customers, use cases, positioning, differentiation and packaging in launch plans.

Coordinate the field material, training and certification required for each launch.

Use lighthouse opportunities to gather early feedback and refine the launch.

6. Market Intelligence & Competitive Benchmarking

Maintain a structured view of Halborn's competitive and market environment.

Track competitors across cybersecurity, digital assets, financial-services advisory and software platforms.

Benchmark capabilities, positioning, pricing and GTM models; maintain battlecards and win/loss insights.

Monitor developments in banking, capital markets, custody, tokenization, stablecoins and DLT infrastructure.

Identify white-space opportunities, emerging threats and provide periodic portfolio assessments to leadership.

7. GTM Solution Education & Continuous Learning

Own recurring solution education for AEs, SDRs, CSMs, Advisory consultants, solution specialists and selected Marketing and Delivery personnel.

Create structured learning paths covering Halborn ONE, SCA/Managed Solutions, Web2/Web3 security, custody, stablecoins, tokenization, DLT, financial-market infrastructure, compliance and new advisory modules.

Ensure the field can confidently explain what Halborn does, why customers need it and how Halborn differentiates.

8. GTM Center, Learning Platform & Onboarding

Work with Halborn Lab and HR to develop the Learning & Development component of the GTM Center portal.

Implement role-based learning architecture in the GTM Center and update modules as solutions change.

Introduce assessments, certifications and recertification, supported by gamification and engagement tracking.

Maintain onboarding curricula for newly hired AEs, SDRs, CSMs and Advisory consultants.

Extend the solution curriculum for onboarding with Halborn's markets, financial services, digital assets, the competitive landscape, customer use cases and sales positioning.

The Director owns content, curriculum and learning outcomes. HR owns the broader employee learning/certification operating framework; Halborn Lab supports platform and technical implementation.

9. Field Engagement & Deal Support

Act as a senior solution resource for strategically important opportunities.

Join selected live opportunities to shape discovery, solution design and executive communication.

Structure complex or innovative engagements and support early adoption of new solutions.

Channel lessons from supported deals into customer insight and roadmap discussions.

The role should remain close to customers without becoming a permanent presales resource.
