This role combines delivery and program leadership with deep engagement across engineering and product stakeholders, for someone who wants to drive the delivery of tools that help AI builders across the organization move from idea to shipped agent faster.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable, cross-team plans.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify, track, and escalate risks and issues with clear mitigation strategies and recommendations for decision-making.
  • Governance & Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely status & roadmap reporting for VP-level forums, including financials, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data, cloud, AI) to ensure alignment.
  • Build stakeholder relationships to drive engagement and buy-in.
  • Optimize delivery processes, foster continuous improvement, and drive innovation
  • Maintain portfolio-level delivery dashboards and metrics (velocity, cycle time, predictability, blocker resolution) to give leadership visibility and inform capacity/intake decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process iteration, optimizing delivery cadence, standards, and tooling as the team scales.
  • Ensure delivery traceability from intake through close, balancing scope discipline against stakeholder pressure.

You're our ideal candidate if you:

Must Have:

  • Experience running delivery operations across multiple concurrent workstreams simultaneously
  • Deep hands-on proficiency with delivery tooling (JIRA, dashboards, sprint analytics, automation)

  • Strong instinct for risk identification and escalation management

Nice to Have:
  • Background in professional services, consulting delivery, or managed services models where squads form and dissolve per engagement
  • Experience with AI/ML or agentic AI solution delivery
  • PMP, SAFe, or Scrum Master certifications

  • Familiarity with pod-based engineering organizations and variable squad sizing models

What's in it for you?
  • Become part of a team that thinks progressively and works collaboratively. We care about seeing each other reach full potential;
  • A comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses and flexible benefits, competitive compensation, commissions, and stock options where applicable;
