We are currently seeking a Delivery Director to join our team in Washington, DC, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).
Job Summary: The Delivery Director oversees a team that delivers contracted program support services to clients. Leads the development and implementation of delivery strategies of various solutions to clients. Accountable for ensuring quality, timing and financial delivery objectives are met by team. Identifies opportunities for account growth and innovation. Proactively identifies potential issues and drives resolution to avoid client impact and facilitate continuous improvement. Builds and sustains effective communications with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an effort to maximize the client experience. Develops and maintains strong relationships with client's leadership team.
Job Duties: - Provides direction and guidance for administration and results for multiple departments within a function of work area
- Translates business plans into objectives and exercises latitude in managing operations. Accomplishes results through the efforts of subordinate managers / professional team members
- Responsible for managing and mentoring larger groups of team members
- Responsible for large accounts with high level of complexity
- Knowledge of delivery management processes and policies
- Manages multiple programs and the coordination and direction of large third-party partner relationships
- Identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Responsible for directly/indirectly leading a team of approximately 100 employees
Basic Qualifications:- Minimum 15 years of experience supporting Navy programs/business
- Minimum 12 years of experience overseeing and managing large and complex accounts
- Minimum 7 years of leadership experience
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Active Secret Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:- Ability to prioritize projects as they relate to setting strategic direction for the group
- Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $148,088 - $246,812. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered in temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation.
