THE ROLEWe're looking for a Delivery Director, Capacity programs for our on-premises data center builds and neo cloud (GPU cloud) delivery programs. This is a high-visibility, execution-critical role sitting at the intersection of infrastructure engineering, capacity planning, vendor/partner management, and customer delivery.
You will own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for large-scale compute infrastructure - from initial site/capacity commitments through power, networking, and hardware bring-up, to production-ready GPU/compute capacity landing in the hands of internal teams or customers. You'll be the person who turns ambitious infrastructure roadmaps into predictable, on-time, delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Own delivery of on-prem infrastructure builds - colocation expansions, power/cooling readiness, rack-and-stack, network fabric bring-up, and hardware acceptance testing - coordinating across colo providers and partners, network engineering, hardware ops, and vendor teams.
- Drive neo cloud delivery programs - manage capacity delivery from GPU cloud and neo cloud partners (e.g., colocation/bare-metal/GPU cloud providers), including contract milestones, capacity ramps, SLAs, and go-live readiness.
- Build and maintain master delivery schedules across concurrent, multi-site, multi-vendor programs, integrating power/shell timelines, hardware lead times, logistics, and software/platform readiness into a single critical path.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders - engineering, data center operations, procurement, finance, legal, and executive leadership - translating technical dependencies into clear program status, risks, and decisions.
- Own vendor and partner relationships for infrastructure delivery, including neo cloud providers, colocation partners, hardware OEMs, and logistics/installation contractors; hold partners accountable to contractual delivery commitments.
- Run risk and dependency management - identify critical path risks (power availability, hardware lead times, permitting, supply chain), drive mitigation, and escalate proactively rather than reactively.
- Establish delivery governance - standardized program frameworks, milestone definitions, RAID logs, capacity tracking, and reporting cadences (weekly ops reviews, executive/board-level updates).
- Drive capacity planning alignment - partner with demand/capacity planning teams to ensure delivery timelines match business commitments (customer contracts, internal growth targets).
- Lead post-mortems and continuous improvement - after major builds or delivery milestones, drive retrospectives that improve cost, speed, and predictability of future builds.
REQUIREMENTS- 8+ years in technical program management, delivery management, or infrastructure program leadership, with at least 3+ years managing large-scale physical infrastructure or data center delivery programs.
- Demonstrated experience delivering on-prem data center builds (power, cooling, network, rack-and-stack) from planning through go-live.
- Direct experience with GPU cloud / neo cloud capacity delivery: understanding of GPU cluster architectures (e.g., InfiniBand/RoCE fabrics, rack power density, liquid cooling considerations) and the commercial/operational mechanics of capacity contracts with neo cloud or colocation providers.
- Track record managing complex, multi-vendor, multi-workstream programs with hard external deadlines and significant financial/business exposure.
- Strong executive communication skills. Able to distill complex technical/operational risk into clear, decision-ready updates for senior leadership.
- Proven vendor/partner management experience, including negotiating delivery commitments and holding partners accountable.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. Bias toward action and structured problem-solving.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience at a hyperscaler, neo cloud provider, colocation company, or AI infrastructure company
- Familiarity with GPU hardware lifecycles (NVIDIA H100/H200/GB200 class systems), power/thermal constraints, and supply chain dynamics for compute.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification.
- Experience building delivery/program management functions from the ground up
BENEFITS- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- Company-facilitated 401(k)
