Compensation: $95,000 - $120,000/annually and Performance Bonus: Eligible

What You'll Be Responsible For

You'll oversee the full operations of one of our key branches, managing the parts department, service department, and facility operations. This role is essential to keeping the branch running smoothly, profitably, and in line with our values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor a team including technicians, parts personnel, and yard associates
  • Drive performance in parts and service to hit sales and profit goals
  • Oversee scheduling, machine readiness, work quality, and on-time completion
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through responsive communication and problem resolution
  • Maintain OSHA and EPA compliance; enforce safety and cleanliness standards (5S)
  • Collaborate with sales, rental, and product support to align operations with customer needs
  • Ensure proper documentation, inventory control, and tool/equipment readiness
  • Hold team members accountable and lead regular performance reviews
