Full Job Description
We're looking for a Deal Desk Manager to own the commercial engine behind every Anrok deal. As the primary partner to our sales team on deal structuring, pricing, and approvals, you'll help get deals across the finish line quickly and cleanly-and use what you learn from our deal data to make every future deal smarter. This is a high-visibility role at the center of Anrok's revenue engine. In this role, you will • Own our Deal Desk function end-to-end-deal structuring, pricing and discount approvals, quoting, and order forms-helping our sales team close deals faster. • Serve as the primary point of contact for Account Executives and Account Managers on non-standard deals, advising on pricing, terms, and contract options with speed and sound judgment. • Design and refine pricing guardrails and approval workflows so standard deals move fast and exceptions get the right level of scrutiny. • Analyze deal data-discounting patterns, pricing trends, win/loss signals-to sharpen our pricing guidance and give GTM leadership visibility into what's working. • Partner with Finance, Legal, and GTM Systems to keep the quote-to-cash process accurate and audit-ready, from first quote through billing handoff. • Build the playbook: document pricing scenarios, approval criteria, and deal processes that make the sales team faster and more self-sufficient. What excites us • 3+ years of experience in a Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations role at a B2B SaaS company; direct experience with deal desk is preferred. • Extreme attention to detail: you can spot a miscalculated price or a broken workflow and are driven to resolve it. • Strong analytical chops: you're fluent in spreadsheets and energized by digging into deal data to extract insights that inform pricing decisions. • Sound commercial judgment: you balance deal velocity with pricing discipline, and you know how to say no while keeping the trust of the sales team. • Hands-on experience with Salesforce is essential; experience with CPQ or quoting tools is a plus. • You're curious and motivated to learn new tools - you've experimented with AI in your work or on your own, you're excited about what's possible, and you've built something with it (an application, a workflow, a creative solution to a real problem) that you can walk us through. What we offer: • The equity upside of an early-stage startup with the product-market fit of a later-stage company. • Daily lunch and snacks for those working out of our San Francisco office. • Medical, dental, and vision insurance covered 100%. • One Medical membership covered, flexible sick benefits, and more. • Annual learning and development stipend for books, online courses, and conferences, as well as a curious team to share your learnings with. • Annual team offsites and in-person opportunities around our growing Anrok hubs. • Home office setup stipend to ensure you have the equipment you need to thrive at work. For employees based in the San Francisco Bay Area, we follow a hybrid model where we come into the office 3 days a week to collaborate in person. For employees located outside of the San Francisco Bay Area, you will work remotely full-time.
