Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a DC3 Program Manager to support a federal defense organization focused on cybersecurity, information technology, and mission-critical operations. This position is onsite in Linthicum Heights, MD. This is an incredible opportunity supporting a high-visibility national security program with a large-scale IT and cybersecurity mission.
Responsibilities for the DC3 Program Manager include:
• Lead and manage all program activities supporting IT and cybersecurity operations
• Oversee a workforce of 100+ technical professionals across multiple functional areas
• Drive program execution, performance, and delivery of mission-critical objectives
• Coordinate with senior government stakeholders and technical leadership teams
• Monitor budgets, contract performance, staffing, and resource allocation
• Track requirements, risks, milestones, and operational metrics
• Ensure quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across supported programs
Qualifications for the DC3 Program Manager include:
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance with TS/SCI eligibility
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
• 5+ years of experience managing large, complex programs in high-tempo environments
• 5+ years of experience leading teams of 100+ personnel
• 5+ years of experience with workforce planning and resource management
• 5+ years of experience monitoring program finances and contract performance
Compensation
Compensation for the DC3 Program Manager includes:
• Salary Range: $150,000 - $250,000
