Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of Dayforce WFM, guiding clients through every stage from requirements gathering to post-launch support.
  • Configure and validate WFM rules, such as payroll policies and workforce data integrations.
  • Develop data mapping from client systems to Dayforce WFM, including documentation and functional specification writing.
  • Maintain project plans and requirements documentation to ensure smooth engagement processes.
  • Engage with clients professionally, responding to inquiries and fostering trust through high-quality service delivery.
  • Escalate project issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution and maintain project timelines.
  • Present materials and facilitate working sessions, demonstrating ownership and a consultative approach with clients.

Full Job Description
In this role, you will guide clients through the end-to-end implementation of Dayforce Workforce Management, building strong client relationships grounded in trust, delivering high-quality configuration work, and growing your expertise across the Dayforce WFM product suite.

Primary Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Lead clients through end-to-end Dayforce WFM implementations, spanning requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-go-live support.
  • Configure and validate Dayforce WFM rules, including timekeeping policies, accrual plans, scheduling rules, pay code mappings, and workforce data integrations.
  • Create data mapping from source system(s) to Dayforce WFM, write functional specifications for customizations, and manage the testing and client acceptance of delivered solutions.
  • Create and maintain requirements documentation, design specifications, and project plans throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Engage clients with confidence, handle questions and feedback professionally, and build trust through consistent, high-quality delivery.
  • Escalate issues to peers, project managers, or practice leads in a timely and professional manner when needed.
  • Manage multiple client engagements concurrently, tracking your own time accurately, forecasting hours, and understanding and monitoring your own KPIs.
  • Present material and facilitate working sessions for client teams, demonstrating ownership of your work and a trusted advisor approach.
  • Provide best-practice recommendations to clients, drawing on growing Dayforce WFM expertise to help identify the right solutions for their needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal project teams, actively contribute as a team player, help others solve problems, and lead by example in day-to-day work.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience implementing Dayforce WFM, including configuration of timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and pay rules.
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to take accountability for your work, deliver low-defect output, and proactively manage your own time and performance targets.
  • Client-facing confidence with the ability to earn client trust, engage stakeholders professionally, and handle feedback constructively.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to present material and facilitate client working sessions.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients concurrently, complete timesheets promptly, and meet or exceed utilization targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • Dayforce WFM certification is a strong asset, or commitment to achieving certification as part of onboarding.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with additional Dayforce modules such as Payroll, HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, or Benefits.
  • Familiarity with Dayforce integration tools, data exchange methodologies, or the Dayforce Extensibility Framework.
  • Background in HR operations, payroll processing, or workforce planning that brings practical context to client conversations.

This position follows US Eastern Time business hours, Monday through Friday.

Base salary: CAD $80,000 - CAD $100,000
