Dayforce Core HR Configuration ConsultantPosition SummaryThe Dayforce Core HR Configuration Consultant is responsible for configuring and supporting Dayforce Core HR functionality, including organizational setup, workflows, forms, employee structures, and employee-manager relationships. This role requires expertise in Dayforce Core HR configuration and workflow design.
Key Responsibilities - Configure and maintain Dayforce Core HR structures and workflows.
- Build and maintain custom forms using XML.
- Configure conditional workflows based on business rules and organizational requirements.
- Configure organizational hierarchies and org unit structures.
- Manage org unit openings, closures, and organizational changes.
- Configure employee-manager assignment methods.
- Support employee property configuration and data management.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Dayforce solutions.
- Conduct system testing and configuration validation.
- Troubleshoot workflow, form, and organizational structure issues.
- Provide production support and issue resolution.
- Create configuration documentation and support materials.
Required Qualifications - 3+ years of Dayforce Core HR configuration experience.
- Experience building custom XML forms.
- Experience configuring conditional workflows.
- Strong understanding of organizational structures and employee hierarchies.
- Experience supporting Core HR implementations and enhancements.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications - Dayforce Core HR certification preferred.
- Experience with enterprise HR transformations.
- Experience supporting integrations and data migrations.
