Job Summary:
THE ROLETimeline Management is seeking a
Day-to-Day Manager to work closely with the artist, artist manager, and management team to support the execution of the artist's vision and career goals. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, communication, scheduling, logistics, and campaign coordination while serving as a trusted point of contact for the artist and key industry partners. In addition to supporting the artist, this role will contribute to the broader management team by assisting with other clients and projects as needed.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO- Support the planning and execution of artist campaigns, including global release schedules, promotional activities, social media initiatives, press, marketing efforts, and touring.
- Act as a central point of contact for external partners, including record labels, publishers, agents, lawyers, business managers, vendors, and other industry stakeholders.
- Help manage communication flow by prioritizing information, escalating key items to the artist manager, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Provide operational support to the broader management team across additional clients and projects as needed.
- Manage travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, visas, and schedule changes.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of budgets, tracking expenses and coordinating financial information related to artist activities.
- Provide administrative support for artist social media activity, including scheduling, coordination, and content management support.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING- 3+ years of artist management experience
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- You will be exposed to A-list talent and high-profile clients, so professionalism is a MUST!
- Must be punctual, proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and resourceful
- Able to keep track of many ongoing projects with strong attention to detail and excellent follow through
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks with strict deadlines

The expected compensation for this position is:
$80,000.00 USD - $100,000.00 USD
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
