Position: Database Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Database Developer responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining database solutions. The role involves database programming, query optimization, data modeling, performance tuning, and ensuring data integrity, security, and availability across business applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain relational database systems and applications.
  • Create and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
  • Design database schemas, tables, indexes, and data models based on application requirements.
  • Perform database development, testing, deployment, and maintenance activities.
  • Analyze and improve database performance through query optimization and indexing.
  • Troubleshoot database issues and provide technical support to application teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and availability.
  • Perform database migrations, upgrades, and version management.
  • Develop ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and system administrators.
  • Create and maintain database documentation, standards, and best practices.
