Southeast Toyota is seeking a
Data Visualization Analyst to support our Parts Distribution Network in Jacksonville, Florida. This role partners with business and technology teams to deliver reporting, analytics, and data-driven insights that improve operational performance and decision-making. The ideal candidate will transform complex data into intuitive dashboards and visualizations while helping drive innovation through Microsoft Power BI, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric technologies.
Responsibilities:- Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting and visualization requirements and deliver impactful analytics solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI and related technologies.
- Integrate, analyze, and model data from multiple systems and sources to support business needs.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Developers, and Analysts to build scalable reporting solutions.
- Perform data profiling, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Diagnose and address issues related to data connectivity, data modeling, and visualization rendering
- Create and maintain technical documentation and support materials.
- Support report maintenance, issue resolution, change management, and end-user training.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and organizational standards.
- Contribute to Centers of Excellence (COEs) and promote analytics and reporting best practices across the organization.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI.
- Understanding of data modeling, data connectivity, and analytics best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Experience creating technical documentation and delivering user support or training.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new Business Unit systems and processes.
- Knowledge of data governance and information security practices and standards.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric.
- Familiarity with supply chain, distribution, warehouse, or logistics operations is a plus.
- Experience with Manhattan, Blue Yonder solutions, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.
