Turn Data Into Deals This isn't a back-office analytics role. You'll sit at the intersection of data and strategy, working shoulder-to-shoulder with our Sales team to turn raw numbers into the insights that drive real decisions - who to target, where the opportunity is, and what's actually moving the needle. If you love digging into datasets and want to see your work directly influence how a business wins, this is the seat.
What You'll Do - Partner directly with the Sales team, translating their questions into data-backed answers and strategic recommendations.
- Analyze large datasets to surface trends, performance indicators, and untapped business opportunities.
- Build dashboards and reports (Power BI/Tableau) that put insight directly into decision-makers' hands.
- Support the broader enterprise data strategy: data quality, governance, accessibility, and documentation.
- Maintain data dictionaries, metadata, lineage, and classification frameworks.
- Translate complex findings into clear, actionable business recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
- Help design and optimize data pipelines, data marts, and analytical models alongside Data Engineering.
- Support data validation, quality checks, and issue resolution.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives spanning risk modeling, portfolio analytics, customer segmentation, and operational automation.
- Help evaluate and implement new data tools, platforms, and vendor solutions.
What You Bring - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data strategy, or consulting (financial services or lending experience a strong plus).
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Sharp analytical instincts with genuine attention to detail.
- The ability to make data speak plainly - to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
- A curious, outgoing, enterprising personality - someone energized by working closely with a sales team, not just a spreadsheet.
- Bonus points for real estate industry experience or exposure to loan lifecycle data, portfolio analytics, or risk modeling.
- A track record of thriving in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
