About the Role

Insomnia Cookies is on a mission to sweeten the digital experience through intelligent personalization, predictive insights, and real-time decisioning.

We're looking for a Senior Machine Learning & Data Science Lead who enjoys working hands-on with models, data, and production systems-while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams. This role blends applied data science with practical ML engineering to help design, build, and improve AI-powered capabilities across our digital channels and operations.

What You'll Do
