- Serve as the analytics anchor for the product area by partnering with Product, Engineering, and business leaders in senior cross-functional forums to align measurement approaches, priorities, and decision-making.
- Build and scale reusable analytics foundations-including experimentation frameworks, data models, monitoring, and shared tooling-that improve measurement quality and increase team velocity over time.
- Advance team capabilities by developing AI-powered analytics agents and self-serve data products that help partners access insights faster, make stronger decisions independently, and reduce manual analytical overhead.
- Raise the bar for analytical excellence by mentoring junior data scientists, guiding technical approaches, and championing high standards for data quality, instrumentation, and measurement reliability across the seller experience.
What you will bring:- Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field, with 7+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or a similar analytical role.
- Deep expertise in experimentation and measurement, including A/B testing, advanced experimental design, causal inference, statistical modeling, and other quantitative methods used in complex product environments.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale, complex datasets to deliver rigorous analysis, scalable data models, and decision-ready insights.
- Hands-on experience applying LLMs or generative AI to analytics or product use cases, including prompt design, evaluation frameworks, AI-assisted workflows, or AI-powered feature integration.
- Demonstrated success building or contributing to AI agent systems, self-serve data products, or shared analytics tooling that improves team efficiency and broadens access to insights.
