Your RoleThe GenAI Engineer / Data Scientist role focuses on designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining Generative AI and Predictive AI solutions that deliver business value. The position combines expertise in AI/ML, application integration, data engineering, cloud platforms, and MLOps while working closely with business and technical teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesAI & Machine Learning Development
Develop and implement:
Generative AI solutions (GPT, Claude, Stable Diffusion, etc.)
Predictive AI models (regression, classification, clustering)
NLP and Computer Vision applications
Build AI-powered agents and agentic workflows for process automation.
Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions and multimodal AI applications.
Application Architecture & API Integration
Required Skill and Expereince Bachelor's degree or higher in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field.
3-5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Application Development, or Data Science.
Experience deploying and managing production AI systems.
Ideal CandidateA hands-on GenAI Engineer/Data Scientist with expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Platforms, Data Engineering, MLOps, APIs, and AI Agents, capable of building, deploying, and scaling enterprise AI solutions from development through production.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $70,000- $120,000

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
