- Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for web applications and business systems.
- Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering to identify innovative, efficient, and scalable approaches to software testing.
- Develop effective prompts and workflows using AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, or similar technologies.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual testing efforts through automation and AI-driven solutions.
- Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using technologies such as Python, JavaScript, and Selenium.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support faster and more reliable software releases.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to improve overall software quality.
- Utilize GitHub and modern version-control practices to manage automation code and testing assets.
- Analyze testing challenges, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and automation tools to improve testing practices.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership within the QA and testing function.
- Communicate testing strategies, risks, results, and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium or similar test automation frameworks.
- Experience building or supporting automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience using GitHub and version-control practices.
- Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering, including platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, or similar technologies.
- Ability to leverage AI to identify new and improved approaches to testing and automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and outside traditional processes.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the automotive finance, financial services, or highly regulated industry.
- Experience with additional test automation frameworks and tools.
- Knowledge of API testing and automation.
- Experience with AI-assisted software development or testing tools.
- Relevant software testing certifications.
- Experience leading automation initiatives or mentoring QA team members.
