Data Portfolio Lead We are looking for a Data Portfolio Lead who is curious, collaborative, and outcome-oriented to join us in our Transformation initiative program, Ruby, based in either our United States office, in Europe: in our headquarters in Belgium or in our UK based office located in Slough. About the role You will improve critical business decisions and processes across an assigned portfolio by ensuring the right data is available, connected, and usable. You will identify high-value business questions, translate them into integrated data products, and coordinate contributions across data domains. You will also define the shared business meaning and context of these products, helping ensure they are trusted, reusable, governed, and ready to support analytics and artificial intelligence. Your focus will be to turn important business questions into trusted data products and measurable business outcomes. Who you'll work with You will be working in a team that connects business, data, analytics, artificial intelligence, and technology expertise. You will partner with business and process owners, business analysts, data product leads, data operations, data governance teams, subject matter experts, and digital technology teams. Together, you will align reusable data capabilities with portfolio priorities and deliver scalable solutions that support decision-making and business value. What you'll do 30 Partner with business and process leaders to identify high-value questions, decisions, and opportunities to improve processes through data. 30 Translate business questions into prioritized data product opportunities, clear requirements, acceptance criteria, success measures, and measurable outcomes. 30 Combine relevant data products across domains to create integrated, fit-for-purpose solutions for specific business needs. 30 Define and maintain business concepts, relationships, shared meaning, and context for cross-domain data products. 30 Align reusable data capabilities with portfolio priorities in partnership with data product leads and business analysts. 30 Validate and test data and artificial intelligence-enabled capabilities for accuracy and fitness for purpose with business stakeholders. 30 Ensure portfolio data products are discoverable, reusable, governed, scalable, and ready for analytics and artificial intelligence. 30 Monitor adoption, usage, and business impact, using feedback and measurement to drive continuous improvement and value realization. For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills 30 Bachelor's degree in business, data, analytics, life sciences, information management, technology, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. 30 Experience connecting business strategy, process improvement, data, analytics, and artificial intelligence to measurable business outcomes. 30 Experience working across business functions and data domains, translating business questions into data, analytical, and technology requirements. 30 Experience combining multiple domain data products into fit-for-purpose solutions that answer specific business questions. 30 Experience defining business concepts, shared meaning, relationships, or information models for cross-domain data products. 30 Experience partnering with business analysts on specifications, acceptance criteria, testing, validation, and success measures. 30 Strong business acumen, data fluency, systems thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder influence, and facilitation skills. 30 Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences environments is preferred, with a collaborative and accountable approach across organizational boundaries.
