Full Job Description
DATA MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST: Assist R&D Director of psychometrics and Project Directors with all mid-level data management and analysis tasks; Execute routine operational psychometric analyses assigned, including but not limited to item analysis, person analysis, reliability and validity analyses, scoring, using standard and customized psychometric analysis tools; Apply methods such as classical test theory (CTT), item response theory (IRT), and other psychometric models to optimize assessment effectiveness; Provide data support with a variety of tasks during the data collection phase, including writing scripts using SPSS, Python or SQL to automatically check incoming data for completeness; Be responsible for maintaining and updating clean datasets to be ready for analysis; Designing and evaluating data visualization and graphical representation of data for stakeholder feedback, feedback reports, and interactive data tools; Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and validity of diagnostic products through rigorous validation studies.
