  • Architect and maintain data solutions across multiple cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and align architectural solutions with business goals.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, lineage, and compliance standards are integrated into all solutions.
  • Support the creation of impactful dashboards and reports that drive insights for business stakeholders.

Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect with expertise in modern data management platforms and a deep understanding of data ingestion from multiple sources, including SQL databases, APIs and cloud data services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing robust, scalable data architectures and enabling advanced data integration pipelines that support analytics, business intelligence, and AI models. Proficiency in data visualization tools is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and implement end-to-end data architecture solutions, including data models, ingestion and transformation processes, and storage.


  • Lead strategies for ingesting data from various sources including databases, APIs, flat files, and streaming data.


  • Develop, manage, and secure API integrations for seamless data exchange across platforms.


  • Architect and maintain data solutions across multiple cloud environments.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and align architectural solutions with business goals.


  • Ensure data quality, governance, lineage, and compliance standards are integrated into all solutions.


  • Optimize performance and cost of data infrastructure.


  • Support the creation of impactful dashboards and reports that drive insights for business stakeholders.


  • Document architectural standards, patterns, and best practices.


QUALIFICIATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience.


  • 5+ years of experience in data architecture/ BI in corporate environments.


  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and related tools.


  • Proven expertise in data ingestion, transformation, and ETL/ELT pipelines.


  • Proficiency in API design, development, and management (RESTful, OAuth, etc.).


  • Knowledge of AWS data services including Athena, RDS, Glue, Kinesis, and S3.


  • Knowledge of Azure features and best practices.


  • Experience with data modeling, both relational and dimensional.


  • Advanced skills in SQL and Python for data querying and processing.


  • Proficiency with Tableau for building interactive dashboards and visualizations.


  • Familiarity with modern data governance and security practices.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with ETL applications, or other modern data platforms.


  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for data deployments.


  • Familiarity with data cataloging and metadata management tools.


  • Microsoft and/or AWS certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer, AWS Certified Data Analytics).
