  • Technical Board Governance: Chair and moderate high-stakes Technical Review Boards (TRBs) and Configuration Control Boards (CCBs). Manage end-to-end change workflows, generate Change Request (CR) tickets, maintain SharePoint dashboards, and publish official board minutes.
  • Leadership Briefings & Tool Analysis: Execute deep-dive software tool evaluations and deliver actionable strategic briefings directly to Program Managers, Technical Leads, and Government/Military Stakeholders.
  • Baseline Architecture & CMP Annex Development: Author the Configuration Management Plan (CMP) Annex. Partner with Systems, HPC, and Cybersecurity Engineering teams to identify, audit, and finalize the official Configuration Item (CI) list for formal government sign-off.
Systems, Tools & Data Operations
  • Service Desk & Process Optimization: Serve as the functional Data Support Lead for core toolsets. Collaborate with Systems Administrators to optimize WebHelpDesk workflows and customize hardware request entry fields.
  • Data Center & Software Migration Baselines: Support Government Leadership in baselining communications facilities using Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools (e.g., Sunbird). Drive software license and repository migrations into CMPRO, concluding with executive demonstrations.
  • Engineering Data Management: Execute secure cross-domain data transfers by retrieving engineering drawings from lower-side portals and deploying top-level drawings to Microsoft Teams for cross-functional access.
  • Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE): Leverage CAMEO software to capture requirements and support modern, model-based CM processes.
Contracts, Compliance & Program Support
  • CDRL & Contract Management: Direct the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) lifecycle across diverse hardware/software efforts. Draft, evaluate, and update DD Form 1423s while aligning Statements of Work (SOWs) for active and future procurements.
  • Obsolescence Tracking: Assist technical leads in identifying, documenting, and monitoring hardware/software component obsolescence risks.
Qualifications Qualifications & Core Competencies
  • Experience & Education:
    • 3–6+ years of specialized Configuration Management experience with an Associate’s Degree, OR 10+ years of direct CM experience.
  • Security Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility (Mandatory).
  • Technical & Software Proficiency:
    • Hands-on experience with CMPRO, Sunbird (DCIM), CAMEO, WebHelpDesk, and Interactive Data Environments (IDEs).
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (heavy emphasis on Excel and SharePoint).
    • Solid grounding in modern database management, data libraries, and baseline control.
  • Professional Skills:
    • Proactive self-starter capable of operating autonomously with minimal oversight.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to serve as a key liaison across Integrated Product Support (IPS) teams.
