About the Role

  • We are seeking a versatile and results driven Data Analytics Engineer to join our team.
  • This hybrid role blends the technical depth of data engineering with the strategic insight of business analytics responsible for understanding the business functions developing scalable data solutions analytics and delivering actionable insights to business


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key metrics KPIs and data requirements
  • Design build and maintain efficient data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytics and reporting
  • Translate complex datasets into clear business oriented insights and recommendations
  • Develop and maintain dashboards reports and visualizations
  • Ensure data accuracy consistency and governance across platforms
  • Conduct deep dive analyses to uncover trends risks and opportunities
  • Partner with data scientists product managers and business teams to support strategic initiatives


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Engineering Statistics or a related field
  • 8 years of experience in data engineering and analytics roles
  • Strong proficiency in SQL Analytics tools
  • Proven experience in financial services and wealth management domains with expertise in stock plans financial data Crypto and related business processes
  • Hands on experience with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake
  • Solid understanding of data modeling architecture and governance principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms eg AWS Azure GCP
  • Familiarity with Analytics tools such as Dataiku etc
  • Prior experience working with Wealth Management team

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the law.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is$103330 to $128656
