Full Job Description
JOB SUMMARY

Contractor shall advise and assist the 417 FLTS in formulating and accomplishing test data management and analysis procedures. The Contractor shall provide advice and assistance services in support of providing technical, engineering, and analytical support in the performance of professional and scientific work in the design, development, and adaptation of mathematical, statistical, and other scientific tools and techniques. The Contractor shall identify, develop, and recommend appropriate mathematical and engineering analysis tools, and apply statistics and mathematical modeling to aircraft and systems performance issues. The Contractor shall evaluate the performance of tests and systems under test considering the conditions under which the system was tested. The Contractor shall validate results, instrumentation accuracy, and the sufficiency of completed testing to fulfill each test objective. The Contractor shall support the squadron with statistically rigorous data reduction, interpretation, and analysis.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Level 3 - This skill level requires 3 to 10 years of experience and a bachelor's or master's degree in the applicable discipline. This skill level typically performs all functional duties independently.

SECURITY CLEARANCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
  • Must have a minimum of an active U.S. SECRET clearance and be subject to a government security investigation.
  • Driving or renting a car for company business is expected with some frequency. For insurance purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
  • Do you have the ability to pass a background check to be granted access to the specific working location installation bases to perform work for GMRE? (Pertains to Technical Services positions)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

TRAVEL REQUIRED
  • Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position for meetings, trainings, and/or site visits.
