Work Modality: Hybrid

Applications will be accepted until job is closed.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, narrative-driven Data Analyst to champion our data initiatives and fuel strategic decision-making. In this role, you will do much more than build static spreadsheets- you will uncover the "story behind the numbers," pinpointing key operational trends, mapping anomalies, and delivering the "why" that helps guide our client's business forward.

Core Responsibilities
  • Data Synthesis: Extract, clean, and consolidate complex datasets from disparate enterprise sources to build a unified, highly accurate view of workplace operations.
  • Insight Generation: Analyze operational data and workplace utilization metrics to identify correlations, forecast trends, and support long-term project planning.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Partner directly with leadership to execute deep-dive analyses on urgent business challenges and emerging strategic opportunities.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate closely with operations teams to refine data collection methodologies, champion internal best practices, and safeguard data integrity.
Technical Requirements
  • SQL: Proficiency in writing clean, optimized queries to extract, manipulate, and model data from relational databases.
  • Spreadsheet Mastery: Advanced, expert-level fluency in Excel or Google Sheets (including Pivot Tables, nested formulas, arrays, and macros).
  • Data Visualization: Proven track record of building intuitive, high-impact dashboards that translate complex, technical data into clear visual narratives for business stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Analytical & Strategic: You look far past surface-level numbers. If a key metric shifts by 10%, your first instinct is to dive into the data, isolate the root cause, and formulate actionable recommendations.
  • Meticulous: You bring a strict "measure twice, cut once" mindset to your workflow, ensuring rigorous data accuracy and quality control before insights reach leadership.
  • Strong Communicator: You effortlessly bridge the gap between technical metrics and business strategy, explaining complex analytical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Experience & Education
  • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or highly quantitative operational role.
  • Capabilities Over Credentials: We place immense value on proven capability, critical thinking, and a hands-on approach over formal degrees. If you possess a strong track record of delivering top-tier analytics, we want to see your work.
  • Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada at the time of application.
How to Apply & Submission Requirements

To be considered for this position, please submit your resume alongside the following mandatory documentation via this form:

  • A "One-Pager" Project Summary: A concise, one-page document detailing 1 6 data analysis projects you have owned. Please highlight your methodologies, your personal contributions, and the tangible business impact you delivered.
