Data Analyst - Quality

Full-time / 40 hours per week /

Summary:
Provides information through reports, charts, and graphs utilizing computerized databases and spreadsheets for administrative decision making. Acts as a liaison for quality data needs as assigned.

Formal Education Required:
a. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or closely related field of study or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Experience & Training Required:
a. One (1) year of experience in producing information for analysis

Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:
a. Excellent microcomputer skills
b. Proficient in database management, spreadsheets and information systems analysis techniques
c. Excellent communication, leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
d. Ability to work well within a team environment by accepting and offering honest and constructive feedback, supporting team goals and encouraging fellow team members
e. Population Specific Competency: Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity

The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
