Job Summary:
We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong experience supporting enterprise business intelligence and analytics platforms. The role will focus on developing and administering Power BI reports, dashboards, datasets, and semantic models, as well as supporting Power BI and Microsoft Fabric environments. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, experience with analytics platform governance, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, datasets, and semantic models.
• Administer Power BI environments, including tenant settings, workspaces, gateways, security, and governance.
• Support Microsoft Fabric administration, implementation, and platform operations.
• Administer, implement, and support enterprise business intelligence and analytics platforms.
• Troubleshoot reporting, performance, connectivity, and data refresh issues.
• Communicate technical issues and solutions effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support enterprise analytics governance programs, standards, and operating models.
• Develop automated reporting and platform administration solutions.
• Support data integration solutions and related analytics platform requirements.
• Manage multiple priorities, organize workloads, and work independently to meet project and operational objectives.
Required Qualifications:
• 6+ years of experience administering, implementing, or supporting enterprise business intelligence and analytics platforms.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining Power BI reports, dashboards, datasets, and semantic models.
• 4+ years of experience administering Power BI environments, including tenant settings, workspaces, gateways, security, and governance.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Fabric administration, implementation, or platform support.
• 4+ years of experience troubleshooting reporting, performance, connectivity, and data refresh issues.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience administering Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud, including permissions, governance, content management, or operational support.
• 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise analytics governance programs, standards, or operating models.
• 3+ years of experience developing automated reporting, platform administration, or data integration solutions.
