  • Provide practical guidance on enterprise Data & AI transformation approaches and operating models.

Executive Stakeholder Management

  • Represent PwC during executive steering committees, governance reviews, and program leadership meetings.
  • Serve as the primary delivery lead for strategic client engagements.
  • Communicate delivery status, risks, dependencies, and business impacts to executive stakeholders.
  • Facilitate decision-making across client, partner, and delivery teams.

Global Delivery & Offshore Leadership

  • Lead geographically distributed teams across Canada, the United States, and offshore delivery centres.
  • Manage complex global delivery models utilizing onshore and offshore resources.
  • Coordinate activities across delivery teams, vendors, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Establish delivery practices that support scalability, quality, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and program recovery efforts where required.

Talent Development & Practice Growth

  • Build and scale high-performing delivery teams.
  • Leverage professional networks to identify, attract, and develop top Microsoft delivery talent.
  • Mentor Managers, Senior Managers, Architects, and Delivery Leaders.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the ongoing growth of PwC's Microsoft Data & AI practice.

Business Development & Alliance Growth

  • Support pursuits, proposals, executive presentations, and solution development activities.
