Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst with expertise in retail banking and payment systems and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. This hybrid role bridges business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful delivery of banking and payment-related projects leveraging Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities
• Business Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements for retail banking and payment processes.
• Azure DevOps Backlog Refinement: Maintain and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize backlog items for development teams.
• Solution Design Support: Translate business needs into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Customer Service, Payments).
• Process Mapping & Optimization: Analyze workflows, identify gaps, and recommend improvements aligned with industry best practices.
• Integration & Data Management: Support integration of Dynamics 365 with core banking systems, payment gateways, and third-party applications.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop test cases, coordinate UAT, and ensure solutions meet functional and regulatory requirements.
• Documentation & Training: Prepare user guides, process documentation, and deliver training sessions for end-users.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to banking regulations, PCI DSS standards, and data privacy requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience:
o 5+ years as a Business Analyst in retail banking or payments domain.
o 3+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement).
• Technical Skills:
o Strong understanding of payment systems, card processing, and banking operations.
o Familiarity with Azure DevOps, API integrations, data migration, and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Agile methodology and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is 100000 - 128989
