Full Job Description
As a Security Systems Administrator, you'll manage the cybersecurity needs of the team, create technical documents, and manage the RMF and ATO processes for the team.

The ideal candidate is a technically proficient professional who combines hands-on system administration experience with a strong cybersecurity mindset and excellent communication skills. You have a proven track record of managing IT infrastructure, implementing security controls, and responding to security incidents while maintaining clear, comprehensive documentation throughout. You're comfortable translating complex technical concepts into accessible written materials for various audiences, from end-users to technical teams. Your background includes experience with security frameworks, vulnerability management, and system hardening, along with the ability to work independently across multiple priorities. You take pride in creating well-documented, secure, and maintainable systems, understanding that good documentation is essential for both security compliance and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle vulnerability mitigation, software updates and patching and administrative system support for the team.
  • Manage the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Authority to Operate (ATO) efforts for the division.
  • Develop, edit, and maintain program and technical documentation including SOPs, CONOPS, project plans, status reports, meeting materials, process documents, policy inputs, and ad hoc requests as needed.
  • Work with program leaders, technical SMEs, administrative staff, and external stakeholders to gather inputs and produce polished communications and documentation.


Everforth ECS will support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) to include DHA J-6, PEO Medical Systems / CIO, and Engineering, Solutions Architecture and IT Business Analytics (ESA-BAD) Division by delivering comprehensive program management and advanced analytics services to enhance decision-making across critical healthcare IT initiatives. This effort integrates tools such as SEMOSS, Python, R, and AI-driven analytics to develop enterprise dashboards, perform predictive analysis, and streamline reporting and planning activities. We are looking for someone with knowledge of the health sector who leverages data analysis and reporting tools to extract insights.

Salary Range: 130,000 - 150,000
