Description:Pay Range: $33.10 - $52.95hr
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
A $7,500 bonus is offered for eligible external candidates only.
Position PurposeThis person is responsible for procedures by positioning patients, applying sterile technique to catheter insertion sites, applying mobilization and sliding devices, and so forth.
What you will do- Explains procedures to patients to allay apprehensions and elicit cooperation. Calculates and selects proper technical factors on radiographic, C.T. and fluoroscopic equipment such as voltage, current, exposure time and focal distance based on factors such as patients' size, physical condition, and suspected pathology.

- The candidate for this critical role also uses critical thinking skills to resolve complex procedural situations & ability to handle emergency high stress situations during high-risk procedures.
Minimum Qualifications- Education: Associate's degree program in Radiologic Technology and three years experience in radiologic technology.
- Licensure: Massachusetts license
- Certification: A.R.R.T. registration required. C.V.I.R. registration preferred. C.V.I.R. registration required within 3 years of hire. ACLS preferred.
