Role PurposeThe Customer Solutions Engineer serves as the technical bridge between customers, sales, and product teams to design, demonstrate, and deliver solutions that meet customer needs. This role combines technical expertise, problem-solving, and customer engagement to ensure successful solution implementation, and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with customer-facing teams to understand client requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution walkthroughs to prospective and existing customers.
- Design and recommend scalable, effective solution architectures that align with customer goals and technical environments.
- Support proof-of-concept, pilot, and implementation activities to validate solution fit and ensure successful deployment.
- Serve as a technical advisor to customers by troubleshooting issues, answering product-related questions, and providing best-practice guidance.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to communicate customer feedback, identify enhancement opportunities, and resolve technical challenges.
- Create and maintain documentation related to customer requirements, solution designs, implementation plans, and technical configurations.
Experiences/Education - Required- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field and 4+ years of experience.
- Customer-facing experience preferred.
- Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
This position does not support immigration sponsorship. The range for this position is $96,254.00 - $132,349.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
