Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its Panelboard / Switchboard Satellite Operation in Nashville. The Customer Service Representative position will be located at the Satellite facility in LaVergne, TN.

The Customer Service Representative is the primary point of contact at the Satellite facility for all external customers, internal customers, and field sales. In this role, you will establish and maintain effective customer relations in support of organizational objectives.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $69000 - $101000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:
• Coordinate and negotiate with stakeholders to quote prices for projects on all respective product line orders, enclosed breakers, and other miscellaneous products within established price structures / ranges, lead times and exceptions for quotations for all orders for these products.
• Coordinate operation schedule for respective product lines' order building / processing within production capacity, engaging with the satellite staff daily to ensure organization goals are realized.
• Process incoming orders, generate purchase orders as needed, and prepare manufacturing instructions for production floor, including product engineering / configuration changes.
• Prepare drawings and manufacturing information (mechanical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, bills of material, etc.) to ensure execution of facility goals.
• Exercise discretion and independent decision making to reschedule or reassign orders, select effective supply vendors, and coordinate inbound shipments including expedite orders and advanced purchase items.
• Support all respective information systems / programs to maintain streamlined operations
• Proactively seek ways to improve overall facility performance to promote an environment of continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Actively engage with commercial partners by attending distributor events or customer site visits when needed and lead training initiatives with sales partners.
• Lead distributor Pow-R-Xpress program initiative with assistance from Satellite Manager and Regional Marketing Manager to support gray market business
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent (e.g. GED) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a customer service role or manufacturing environment
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that reside within 50-mile radius of the LaVergne, TN facility will be considered.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Associates or bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in business administration, supply chain management, engineering
• Three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing environment (sales, supply chain, production, engineering)
• Two (2) years of product, customer service, inside sales, price negotiation, or proposals experience in a technical field.
• Working knowledge of electricity, electrical diagrams (schematics, powerflow), manufacturing drawings
• Knowledge of Eaton applications (Bid Manager, POM, AS400, Mapics)
