This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Customer Order Specialist onsite in Dallas, Texas, with Signify, the world leader in lighting.
Accept and validate sales orders
Verify availability of product for orders and prepare delivery proposals
Manage sales orders up to delivery
Respond to customer questions and concerns regarding products and services
Manage combined shipment, missing, or Dead on Arrival (DOA) products
Manage customer master data.

High School diploma and 1+ years of work experience in a similar role supporting customers and managing orders
Passionate about providing excellent customer service and able to establish rapport with customers
Excellent commercial awareness and effective communicator, utilizing listening and collaboration skills; problem-solving mindset
Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP/MRP systems a plus
Fluency in Spanish preferred

Salary: $ 67,192 - 98,549 based on experience
Bonus: target bonus opportunity - 5%
